Trent Brumby

Trent Brumby graduated from the University of Queensland in 1990 and has developed an extensive variety of treatment skills from positions and studies in Queensland, South Australia and the USA.

He attained a Masters of Physiotherapy (Sports) in 1999 and is an accredited APA Sports Physiotherapist. Trent has worked extensively with elite athletes from Triathlon, Surf Lifesaving, Football, Netball and numerous other sports teams.

Trent represented South Australia and then Queensland as a junior Hockey player every year from 1979 to 1985. He later turned his interest to Triathlon and in 1998 he completed the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon. Presently he is still actively involved in Surfing, Triathlon and Surf lifesaving.

Trent has a special interest in the treatment of shoulder problems and overuse injuries in multisport and endurance events.

Michelle is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor. Michelle’s massage positively influences a person’s overall health and wellbeing by applying various techniques to the muscular structures and soft tissues of the body. She is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage whereby slow and light techniques are used to stimulate the lymphatic system and assist the body in its natural process to drain excess fluid, bacteria and waste.

Nicole is a qualified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Teacher. Pilates exercises aim to improve posture, body awareness, lengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility and increase core stability.
